In a planet called "Kenti", in a country called "Scaldton", lived a humanoid cat, an "Acanth", named Keno Dawting.

Keno was 15 years old, he was 6ft tall, he always wears a pair of goggles on his forehead, even though he almost never needs it, he wears a white short-sleeved shirt with a Catsckratch logo on it, and a pair of green cargo trousers, He has 2 brothers, he was in the middle.

His Big brother, Nuzzle, is 18, and wears mostly the same, except his trousers aren‘t cargo, his fur is like a tigers, it’s brownish with black stripes, he has a dry blood stain on the right side of his mouth from a school fight years ago, but he’s never washed it, because it proves he’s been in battle, and he thinks it makes him a badass, he is studying Physics at university.

His younger brother, Piccolo, is 12, his fur is black and white, he wore a layered t-shirt and ripped jeans, he's obsessed with video games and robot combat, just like every other kid his age.

Little does Keno know, his life is about to be changed forever...

It was nearly Christmas, he just went to the shopping centre to buy some games for various consoles, some for himself, and some for his friends, on his way home he heard some faint beeping, he looked around to check where it was coming from “what the the-” before he could finish his sentence, his house exploded, and he was knocked out for a few seconds, when he woke up, he saw that the city was in flames, almost in ruins, and an soldier/guard looking acanth was holding his mum in hostage,
“What’s going on!?” Keno asked,
Then, an unknown figure covered by smoke, walked out of it to reveal himself, he was a cat, quarter of his head was robotic, as if he an accident blew that chunk off, he wore a black trench coat with a white shirt underneath and wore leather trousers. Keno looked surprised as if he recognised him,
“You look familiar...” he said,
“Dr. Catsckratch!” Nuzzle said with rage, giving Keno a little fright because he didn’t notice him “He was the father of that girl you knew years ago, what was her name?”,
“I forgotten myself...” Keno said with a little bit of guilt in him,
“Don’t kill mum!” Piccolo said, again, giving Keno another slight fright as he didn’t notice him “Please!”,
“Then never leave this place!” said the Dr. Catsckratch, as he swung his right arm forward, then across, as if to create a dramatic effect.
“What!?” said both Keno and Nuzzle in confusion, then they heard a snap, the soldier killed her,
“MUM!!!” Shouted the 3 of them,
“You’re going to regret doing that…” Nuzzle said, then he ran to them, Keno saw Piccolo crying his heart out.

Dr. Catsckratch didn't expect that to happen,
"What are you doing!?" He said, "You weren't supposed to kill her until I gave you the sig-" Dr Catskratch stopped in the middle of his sentence in sudden realisation that he accidentally gave him the signal early, he looked at his paw,
"Oh...".

All of a sudden, both Keno and Dr. Catsckratch heard a sound, like someone getting stabbed, Keno looked back up wondering where the noise came from, he saw the soldier with a paw though his chest holding his heart, it was Nuzzles. He ripped his arm back out, and the soldier’s body fell, he squashed the heart with his paw, and blood came bursting out.
“Wh-What are you doing!?” Said Keno.
“It’s time to fight back, I am f**king sick of us good-guys having to stand by the rules, not hurting anyone, not even the enemies, whereas they get to do whatever the f**k they want! They kill people like if they are insects, but we always let them off, every time. Well, Things are going to change around here!” Nuzzle said, then he ran off.
“Wait! C’mon Pic-” then he found that he was gone, as well as Dr. Catsckratch,
“Piccolo!?” shouted Keno,
Keno looked around for him and found Dr. Catsckratch running off with Piccolo over his shoulder, unconscious, Keno ran after him...
